MEP Support by Core Version

This topic shows the Ecosystem Packs (MEPs) supported by core 5.2.x and 6.x versions.

To view the list of components included in each MEP, see MEP Components and OS Support.

Whenever possible, upgrade to the latest MEP supported by your core version so that you can take advantage of bug fixes and usability enhancements. For example, if you are currently running MEP 5.0.0, you can upgrade to MEP 5.0.4 (or later if new MEPs become available). For MEP reference information, see Ecosystem Packs (MEPs). To upgrade, see Upgrading Ecosystem Packs.

*Rolling upgrades from Release 5.2.x to Release 6.0 or later require the cluster to be running MEP 3.0.1 or later. For upgrade purposes, MEPs 3.0.1 or later can coexist temporarily with Release 6.x. After core is upgraded to Release 6.x, all nodes must be upgraded to MEP 4.0 or later before Release 6.x features are enabled. For more information, see Planning Your Core Upgrade.
